Welcome to the Unlimited Newsletter...

I hope you are having a wonderful summer. This summer has been an interesting one for me. I kicked off July by going on a road show to speak to groups on 'Living Like An Athlete For Greater Success.'

But, I ended up spending my summer living the life some athletes face as a result of their injuries. I would like to share my experience with you now. Read the story below to find out what NHL hocket superstar Sidney Crosby and I have in common.

Enjoy the ride!

Are You a Mom? To Work or Not to Work? In this edition of Persistence Pays TV, Lori Raudnasks sits down with Carey-Ann Oestreicher, CEO, Potential Unlimited to talk about new mothers going back to work after having a baby, or not, and helping them to make that decision.

And, anyone who plans events is constantly required to jump into action!

Today's Tip: Be thankful.
This month has made me think a lot about my health. I know, I am a lot more thankful now for my good health than I was before the concussion. Take just a couple of seconds each day to think about your body and be thankful for all of the work it does for you.
