Welcome to the Unlimited Newsletter...

Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians! We have so much to be grateful and thankful for.  Sometimes it can be easy to get stressed out by our problems. But when you take a step back and think about the major issues billions of people in the world are facing around survival, it makes me feel so fortuneate for my life.

What specifically makes you feel thankful? I am grateful for my family, friends and my freedom. I am thankful for being able to work with so many great organizations and individuals.

Last week, I was at McMaster University as the keynote speaker to kick off their Wellness Month for their leaders and staff. I also just received news I was nominated for a Top 40 Under 40 Award!! There aren't too many years left for me to qualifiy for this one so I am thrilled.

Enjoy the ride!
