My 2027 keynote speaking topics have officially been released—and I'm now booking leadership conferences, corporate events, and professional development sessions for the year ahead.
As we look toward 2027, I've been reflecting on the conversations I'm having with leaders, the challenges organizations are navigating, and what I believe matters most in leadership today.
The pressure isn't necessarily letting up. Complexity continues to grow. AI is transforming how we work, make decisions, and lead.
And somewhere in the middle of it all, we're asking leaders to keep delivering results, supporting their people, navigating uncertainty, and sustaining their own performance.
It's a lot. And it's changing how leaders show up.
Having spent years as a senior executive, I know the realities of leadership firsthand. As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), I've also had the privilege of working alongside leaders navigating extraordinary demands.
But some of my most profound lessons about resilience, pressure, and the human side of leadership haven't come from the boardroom. They've come from life. From navigating a life-altering brain injury to losing my husband to cancer, I've learned that resilience isn't simply about pushing harder or being stronger. It's about how we respond, adapt, connect, and find a way forward when the path isn't clear.
These experiences, combined with nearly two decades of executive coaching, continue to shape the conversations I bring to the stage. And they've inspired my 2027 keynote speaking lineup.
Five Keynote Topics for 2027
Each keynote explores a different dimension of leadership, with one common thread: strengthening the human capabilities that help leaders and organizations thrive.
1. Lead Without Losing Yourself: A New Playbook for Leading Under Pressure
A fresh perspective on navigating sustained pressure, building resilience, and leading effectively without sacrificing personal well-being.
2. The Human Advantage: Leading in the Age of AI
Why the distinctly human capabilities of leadership—empathy, trust, judgment, connection, and intentionality—are becoming an increasingly important competitive advantage.
3. Mindful Leadership: Creating Clarity Within Complexity
Practical ways to move beyond reactive leadership, strengthen awareness, and lead with greater clarity and intention.
4. From Challenge to Contribution: Turning Adversity into Leadership Strength
An exploration of how life's most difficult experiences can reshape our perspective, deepen resilience, and strengthen the impact we have on others.
5. Leading with Intention: Reconnecting to What Matters Most
An invitation to step off autopilot, reconnect with purpose, and make more conscious choices about how we lead and the impact we create.
More Than Inspiration. Practical Impact.
One of the things I feel most strongly about is that a keynote should do more than leave an audience feeling inspired for an hour.
It should change something about how they think, how they show up, and what they do next.
That's why my sessions are highly interactive, combining authentic storytelling, leadership insights, meaningful reflection, and practical strategies participants can apply immediately.
Whether the focus is resilience, navigating change, or developing human leadership capabilities, my goal is to create conversations that extend well beyond the event itself.
